L'Osteria Dortmund Europaplatz in Dortmund

On January 16 we have pre-ordered online here at 5 p.m. for 6.30 p.m. The delivery came around 19:15. I don't need the pre-order function for this. Unfortunately we didn't notice at the door that a dish was missing. We then tried several times to contact us by phone, which was unsuccessful the whole evening. We have now opened a case at PayPal and have been waiting for a response for 5 days. That is sad and extremely unfriendly to the customer. The good pizza isn't a great consolation either.

L'Osteria distributes advertising in mailboxes despite the "No advertising" sticker. There is no phone number on the advertisement indicated and also no imprint. Overall, this casts doubt on the quality.

Personally, I don't like the food. The pasta and especially lasagna not recommended. Pizza is not bad, it is huge, but only the dough, the topping is missing. Ambience and service very good.

Reserved for a Saturday evening at very short notice, 2 hours in advance, by telephone. We got a good seat up on the gallery and the service was very polite and courteous. As usual, the pizzas are very large, nice and thin and very tasty! Always my pleasure ...:)

Nice, modern shop and friendly service. The atmosphere there is too loud for me, however, and the food was unfortunately not for me, a friend who was there felt the same way. That's why we probably won't go there again.

The pizza was delicious, the service attentive, and the espresso excellent. The operator complied with the corona measures. Unfortunately, there were some of the guests who ignored the walkways or even went straight to tables through the green strip instead of appearing at the entrance and having a seat assigned to them.

So great! The food is just delicious. Tastes really good, the pizzas are very big. You will definitely get full and it is not expensive either. The waiters are really really nice and the atmosphere in the restaurant is great! You can take every meal home with you, everything is prepared quickly and well packed. I can only recommend it!

The system concept is consistently implemented, which is why it is unfortunately very noisy here, as in the Dortmund city center branch. The service was unfortunately not so good. The starter and main course were delivered together and when the beer was accidentally poured over the pizza by the service staff we were not offered a new pizza. The ingredients I ordered were incorrect and the amount was extremely tight. Overall unfortunately not a 100% recommendation

Large restaurant with a modern design. The staff is mostly very friendly and attentive. At the table, however, the waiters could often check that everything was in order. The pick-up went smoothly so far. We were even made a new pizza because the other one was too cold when checking the temperature, very attentive!

A lot of crumbs under the table, all in all not very clean and that in Corona times. Had to speak to the waiter but please wash the table briefly. Pizzas were very good, lasagna went like that. The vitello tonato was forgotten on the starter plate .... Coincidence ?? Will not come back.

Here you can eat really delicious Italian food. The food arrives at the table very quickly, the waitress was very attentive and friendly. The only point of criticism, however, is the volume in the restaurant, which makes it almost impossible to chat without yelling at yourself. That is not nice and very annoying. Seems to be due to the building acoustics.

A lot is music, so that you could hardly talk. So everyone tries to speak louder ... Add to that the noise level in the open kitchen. In the end we were happy to be outside again. The organization also leaves a lot to be desired. The organizing hand of a head waiter is missing.

The food is always great. Unfortunately you notice every time that the service staff are very likely classic student jobbers and not trained waiters. One evening two different waiters brought wrong items to our table twice that we hadn't ordered. We also had to fetch a waiter half an hour after arriving at the table so that we could finally order.

Delicious giant pizzas, the foamy mascarpone dessert is also super tasty :-). Went here at the weekend with my sister and niece - they loved the pizzas too :-). The staff is friendly and seem to be a good team! I think the location (inside as well as outside) is really nice! Great terraces.

Food and staff as always good, only to let a slightly larger group with small children sit in the sun at 30 degrees, although alternative options were available, I found not so happy now. When the problem was addressed, a small umbrella was made available to provide shade for 3 out of 10 people.

We have eaten here several times now and are always enthusiastic about the pizzas, they are delicious and always fill you up. The price performance is great. The service is always courteous and friendly, not too much, not too little. This time our waitress (I think his name was Adnan) was very dedicated and you felt you were in good hands. That led to a great atmosphere this time too

At the beggining the service was quite disorganised, but then when they realized that we are high-spenders, ten people came to serve us...anyway for Germany, being famous for their low level of service and hospitality I will give 2 stars to L'Osteria and I can say that is the best in the region, please avoid going to the other restaurants...they need a real manager who will not just making the working schedule...it is not so difficult to train the staff on how to open a bottle of wine...I was expecting a small piece of cake at least for my birthday as a small gesture from your side...but.... Thank you L'osteria

The food was very good as usual. The tables outside were fully occupied in very summer temperatures. The service wasn't up to the onslaught, simply too few staff.

Were on 28.02.20 the 4 times with you. As always great the staff is very nice and coming before. Come especially from the Münsterland to eat the delicious pizza here. Goods weren't with you for the last time this year

Nice place and good food

We ordered 5 pizzas, 1 cesar salad & 2 pastas, Pizza is catastrofic, an ultra disater very thin cripsy breaking pizza.. even an average homemade pizza in its 1st try is much more successful than the pizza served to us, pasta was very good, well made with good quality of beaf meat inside, salad was very basic. Overall service was great, the place is very clean and well orginised. Fair price.

The food tasts great and staf is realy Nice. But the two stars are for the realy long time to get drinks and food and a unwanted hitchhiker in the oil.
